Now, on the flip side, the windows in the room were tiny, so not much light came in. And let's not even talk about how pricey the soft drinks from the bar were! Still, the experience had its shine.

I was utterly disappointed with the lack of basic amenities in the room. Our accommodations lacked a desk or chair, making it nearly impossible to complete our work tasks during our stay. To make matters worse, the service staff, particularly one receptionist, was quite rude when I inquired about alternatives. it felt almost dismissive. the breakfast options were incredibly limited and not accommodating for dietary restrictions, which is inexcusable.

I appreciated the great breakfast, pretty much had everything, the housekeeping staff was amazing! They kept my room clean and tidy every day! Made me feel like a king, you know? Even the pool area was nice, lots of laughs with the kids.
